Bliss

I sat among the flowers and prayed,
My emotions filled to overflowing.
Tears of joy descending unchecked,
My heart full of love was glowing.

Connected to God, connected to Earth,
In pure bliss of contentment floating.
No more feeling alone, frightened and lost,
My soul in a happy home dwelling.

Gone was my struggle with the demons within,
My shadow dissolved by the light.
Love lit my soul with its magical spark.
The whole world was filled with His might.
